Apple Mail is the included mail client for Macintosh OS X. It supports SMTP, POP3, IMAP, Exchange and .Mac email access.

Directions

  1. While in Apple Mail, click the Mail menu, then select Preferences.
  2. Go to the Accounts tab and click the plus icon (+) at the bottom left of the window.
  3. From there follow the simple steps as they are given on the screen. You will be asked for your email address, password, incoming and outgoing servers.
