Directions

Configuring an out of office reply through Usermin requires first that you be logged into usermin.

  1. We're going to select in the menu in webmin "Mail" then "Filter mail."
  2. Next we have to add a new filter which will become an auto reply. So click on "Add a new e-mail filter ."
  3. For the "condition for filter" on the top we are going to select "All e-mail." Now for the "Action if condition is matched" we are going to select "Send automatic reply" and then in that box enter your Out of Office reply.
  4. Before we create it you must remember to examine the bottom checkbox "Continue with other filter rules, even after applying this action." If this box does not get checked then the e-mail will not be delivered to your e-mail box after the reply is made. However, if this behaviour is desirable then by all means leave it un-checked.
  5. Click on the "Create" button.

You should see your reply in the list.
