HOWTO Get your local Windows IP address

So you need to get the IP address of your local workstation? Just follow these simple steps!
First we need to open up a Run dialog. So you can either do this by pressing [WindowKey]+R (See TIP Useful Windows shortcut keys) or clicking on Start->Run. Then type "cmd" and press enter.
When the DOS-looking prompt window comes up, enter "ipconfig" and press "Enter".
Under "IP Address......" you will see the IP address of the system.
And this concludes how to get the IP address of your local workstation.
