What is vTiger?

vTiger is a on demand contact relations manager (What is a CRM?). A CRM empowers sales /service automation , customer support, marketing , inventory management, multiple database support, security management, product customization, calendaring and E-mail integration. Added features include; quotes, sales orders, sales invoicing and email notification of all activities. MS outlook, MS Office and browser plugins are included.
